Hey, Hey, Hey Guys!!! Sorry it’s been a minute since I did some engagement on here, but let me do some Quick Q&A’s that I’m often hit with to kinda help you guys navigate a little easier. Hope it helps ❤️ I’m gonna put these and the often questions I get, and add the answers!! So let’s follow this please!!!

1. Random text: Hey how much will my hair be? Hey how much will my daughter’s hair be? A) Hey, thanks for reaching out! I’m not sure how much your service will be for you or your daughter through a text. I have a price range and not a set price for Silk Out’s because everyone’s hair is totally different. Click on Services and there is everything I offer.

2. Random text: Hey can you do my hair just like you did it last time? A) Hello, I’m not sure exactly what I did last time, but if you would like, you can book me and if I did it once, I’m positive I can do it again.
P.S Guys I don’t know people just by an inbox through my messages. Surely you all don’t think I know you by a message. That’s impossible with all the people I do.
3. Random text: Hey can you get me today? A) I don’t check my phone while I’m working on clients. If you need a same day appointment, they are available for an additional $75 above your services. (Why) because it’s inconvenient for me to stay over the time I have worked and your last minute decisions cost. I take appointments a day or two before but prefer that you let me know a week prior.
4. You closed your Salon are you still doing hair? A) Yes, I have a new location and the address is available to you once you book.
5. Can I book with you and what do you have available? A) I have a page for your convience!! It’s Sonya The Silk Out Queen. There you will find, prices, pictures, booking times, reviews, services and prices etc. If you try to book a time and it’s not allowing you to book, just simply send a message there. Saying Sonya I would like to book for (ex) Dec 16th at 10:00, and I have my deposit of $25 ready to book. I will then go in once I’m off, Override the time if it’s available, and send you the time! If it’s not, I’ll send you the next available and see if that works for you. I DO NOT APPROVE ANY APPOINTMENTS WITHOUT A DEPOSIT ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️
6. Hey Sonya I want a Bob quickweave, what color hair should I get? A) Uuuummm Im not sure, what color do you want it to be??👀👀
Guys I’m not at all being rude and impersonal, but I work all day doing hair. I seriously don’t have the allotted time to answer these types of questions. If it’s some questions that you have about store hair,, Ask them when you get there. They are more than happy to help you decide. The decisions should already be made once you get to me. I sell extensions for Sew-Ins, Frontals/closures. I also sell tape ins.
7. Hey I want a silk out do I need to shampoo my hair? A) No!!! Every service I provide the shampoo, conditioner and ends clipped all already included in your service and it isn’t a up charge for it..
8. When you book with me, always make sure your hair is ready for the shampoo process! Brush your hair throughly if you have hade a protective style! Braids, braid down etc. Don’t come in with braids for me to take down or twist. That’s a upcharge.
9. Do you do discounts if I come this week and next week? A) No! I still providing a full service every single time you sit in my chair.
10. Do you do a discount if I bring myself and all of my girls? 👀👀👀 No, because the service will still be the same. If I’m doing a full service, I charge for a full service.

I respectfully hope this help you guys!! And let’s be considerate of the client that’s receiving the present service. I will answer all questions, and messages before the end of the night. But please don’t expect immediate response during working hours.
Also: my off days are Sunday and Monday. Don’t expect for me to book and answer hair questions on these days. Please be considerate of my time and my family time. By all means book the appointments but don’t expect conversations from me. If the time allows you to book, set the appointment and send the deposit, I just may have time to confirm while eating dinner or whatever but I will no longer answer messages.

Arkansas Beauty Bar has two spots available for two stylist. I prefer you have your clientele built and can work solely on your own. Booth Rental is $100 a week and Due every Friday. Late fee applies after due date.
