A little update on my journey 💙

I started in 2016, graduating from Touching America School of Massage with 500 hours and an A. It took me three tries to pass the MBLEx, but I never gave up.

Since then, I’ve earned my Master Massage Therapist certification with 250 additional hours and completed 42 hours to become a Medical Massage Therapist in Arkansas. Now I’m working toward becoming a massage instructor which takes 250 hours and only have 40 hours left to reach that goal!

I’m always continuing my education. Just last weekend, I completed another 16 hour course with James Waslaski, bringing my total training with him to 32 hours.

Massage therapy is more than relaxation. It helps with pain, recovery, and overall wellness.
