Welcome to Self-Care September at The Floating Lotus!

Self-care doesn’t have to be complicated. Sometimes it’s a massage. Sometimes it’s moving your body, getting enough sleep, putting your phone away, setting a boundary, taking a long bath…or simply saying NO without feeling guilty about it.

This month, we’re celebrating ALL the ways we take care of ourselves #, big and small. ❤️

Throughout September, we’ll be sharing what self-care looks like to our team, giving you a little inspiration along the way, and of course, encouraging you to make time for yourself too.

Because self-care isn’t selfish.

It’s how we refill the cup we keep pouring from.

So here’s your September reminder:

August has been an incredibly difficult month for my family. Between my dad fighting through serious heart complications and losing my stepmom, Nina, life has felt very heavy.

And while I’ve needed to step away from The Floating Lotus and simply be a daughter, my amazing team has stepped up and carried this place for me.

It has made me think a lot about community, supporting local and the very REAL people behind every small business.

For 17 years, you have supported this little dream of mine, and right now, we could use a little extra love.

I wrote a personal note about what this month has looked like, what your support means to us, and the many ways you can help in our recent newsletter. Even if booking an appointment isn’t in your budget right now, please share this little business with a friend.
