2016 is going to be a wonderful year.
As I sit her and type this, I am so emotional. For the past 2 years I have been on a healthy lifeftyle journey. It was truely been a struggle. But so rewarding. I have done things that I never thought I would be able to do.

I have always been a person that thinks of everyone before myself. One thing I have learn is I have to take care of me before I can take care of anyone else. I still want to help as many people as possible make a new start in understanding it's okay to take care of self first. With that being said....
Today I launch "I Choose Life" Virtual Races. This is a work in progress, but one thing is for sure. My heart is 100% on board.
