Although Vette found joy in teaching and educating others, she realized there was a deeper call on her life. Her innate desire to go higher in the hair industry became priority. For Vette, establishing Just Wright Hair Salon symbolized not only her passion, but “making a dream a reality”. Weeks and months were spent working in her salon, perfecting her skill, attending workshops and hair shows; however, the pursuit of perfectionism led her to enroll into Paul Mitchell School. Here, she completed the Cosmetology and Instructor of Cosmetology Programs. While matriculating with the Paul Mitchell School, extensively studying hair care and coloring were just two of the many skills she perfected. Her skill and dedication were clear to everyone around her, which is why she was offered a posi-tion with Paul Mitchell and served as a Cutting Specialist with the prestigious hair school. After graduating from Paul Mitchell, the obvious choice for Vette and her supportive husband, Randall, was to expand the family business. Just Wright II and Just Wright Platinum located in Little Rock, Arkanasas, were the 2nd and 3rd successful endeavors em-barked upon by Vette. She has an intricate role in managing their three salons, but always finds time to indulge in her first love: working as a professional barber and stylist. You may be thinking that Vette has surpassed many in her ac-complishments; however, the aforementioned is only the tip of the iceberg. Her vitae includes producing the Avant Wave, Avant Sway, DaKim and Close-It-Up-The-Right-Way Instructional DVDs. In addition, Vette also serves as Pro-fessional Technician for product lines including the Clio Product line as well as participating in hair shows as a featured platform artist. If this were not intriguing enough, how many professionals can contribute being an award-winning styl-ist to their list of accomplishments? With the creation of the Fish Tail Feather Hair Style which has earned award-winning acclamations, Vette has proven that this is possible. She can be described as a creative visionary who em-bodies the quintessence of being a professional stylist who enjoys mentoring and creating magic where she is needed. So, what’s next for a person who is a certified cosmetologist, cosmetologist instructor, barber-stylist and barber-stylist instructor? Well, let’s just say Yvette Holloway-Wright is far from complete in maximizing her God-given gift as an un-matchable stylist.
