I just finished my 3-Step night time skincare routine using & I’m feeling refreshed🧖🏾♀️
Have you already cleansed your face for the evening ? If so what products are you using ?
I often get asked the question what I should I be doing for my skincare routine ?
I think it is really important to start w/ a great foundation by using a cleanser , toner & moisturizer. You can start to add serums and integrating facials at a later time . But at least just start with these 3 items.
💎Cleanser -will help with removing any makeup , oil, and environmental substances.
💎Toner -rebalances your skin , after washing your face it is then stripped of its natural oils .
💎Moisturizer -keeping the skin hydrated is important . For normal dry skin it helps preventing chapped or cracked skin ; for oily /acneic or combination skin it helps with the skin not to overproduce oils which in return will cause more breaks .

Really tho ! We have keep it REAL conversations all the time in the treatment room. What’s discussed will not leave out of the treatment room ! I enjoy our lil therapy sessions ‼️.
