With the new year came an increase in my product cost, and other business essentials. After careful review, I have decided there will be no increase in my pricing structure at this time, however it is necessary for me to make a couple of adjustments. Effective immediately, cash or Zelle are the preferred method of payment, however I will continue to accept card payments. If you pay with a card you will incur a 3.5% transaction fee. I will no longer accept Applepay or CashApp payments.

Lastly, the cancellation policy has been updated. You must cancel or reschedule your appointments within 48 hours. This will better allow me to fill the spot if you are unable to keep your appointment. If the appointment isnt rescheduled or cancelled within 48 hours 100% of the service booked will be charged to the card on file.

I appreciate your understanding, and look forward to continuing to gleaux with you this year.
