This workshop to help detox your mind and body as we transition from the dark of Winter into the light of Spring. You will learn a cleansing yoga practice, grounding acupressure points, and herbs that help support your body and refresh your mind during the changing of seasons. These practices will help you release toxins, increase energy, balance your weight, steady your mind, calm your emotions, and create a “glow from within.”

Wondering which face oil is best for you? While all three of Kind Folke Face Oils use the same nurturing base oils, they differ in the use of supportive oils. Each unique recipe offers a different overtone of scent and powerful ingredients that provide what your specific skin needs.

*I like to note that oil is a great way to moisturize your skin, even if it is oily. Your skin will take only what it needs and you can wipe off the excess in a few minutes (at least 7mins is an ideal time to wait).

Extra tips:
• You can wash your face with oil by mixing it a bit with warm water, massaging it on and then using warm water to wipe the oil/dirt/makeup off
• Applying it while your face is still damp will help with its moisturizing properties
• Apply Kind Folke Face Oil to your lashes and eyebrows at night to help with thickness and growth
