8 years.

It’s hard to put into words what it feels like to look back at where this started and see what it has become.

Before our current location, this brand was born in a 125 square foot suite.

There was no guarantee it would work. No perfect roadmap. Just a vision, a lot of faith, and a willingness to keep messing things up.

These pictures hold so much more than different spaces, different faces, and different seasons. They hold the risks I took, the mistakes I made, the lessons learned, the people who believed in me, the people who talked behind my back, and a version of myself who had no idea how much she was about to grow.

Salon Gloss has grown up right alongside me.

What started as a salon became a team, a culture, a place for people to build careers, and something I’m incredibly proud to have built.

Maybe that’s what I’m most grateful for.
Not just that we made it eight years-but that after eight years, I’m still dreaming about what this will become.

Watching someone come into Salon Gloss and continue to evolve personally, professionally, and financially is exactly what this is all about.
