Our journey with Red Light Therapy began over six years ago. Laura was getting her hair cut and was randomly offered a free session in a red-light pod nearby. We are always looking for natural ways to feel better in our own bodies and minds, so she happily accepted the offer. What we experienced went far beyond what we expected—less pain, more energy, better sleep, clearer thinking, and an overall sense of balance. We were hooked because it truly worked for us. We did some research & discovered this was not a “new” modality. It made us even more convinced of the efficacy seeing there is a mountain of scientific research behind it.

After being clients at a red-light facility for over a year, it felt natural to step into the health and wellness space ourselves and share this powerful healing modality. While red light therapy has become more accessible in recent years (which we love), we also noticed how hard it was to find with the level of care, intention, and quality we knew was possible. That’s what inspired us to create Haven Bio-Wellness—a place where science-backed technology meets genuine human connection.

As time went on, our business began to evolve. We felt called to expand beyond a single modality and create a space that could support people in more ways—whether they’re seeking pain relief, support with recovery, longevity, or simply a deeper sense of well-being. This expansion reflects our belief that healing is not one-size-fits-all, and that everyone deserves options when it comes to caring for their body and nervous system.
