I specialize in neuromuscular , myofacial release, structural rebalance, stress reduction, Trigger point with strain/counterstrain stretching.

With over a decade of hands-on experience in therapeutic bodywork in clinical settings from chiropractic office to physical therapy office. As a national provider I am on many insurers lists for massage therapy. I have helped many people with knee, should , back, ankle and hip issues find relief from their injuries.

I also offer Swedish, lomi lomi, sports massage, acupressure, shiatsu, reflexology, cupping, deep tissue, and lymphatic MLD. Am reiki master , clinical master herbalist, eryt500 yoga instructor, and expert sound healing therapist, with degree in Holistic Nutrition and Wellness.

I create a personalized plan for your wellness, you can come in for a single relaxing massage or you can come in with an injury and I am able to help you heal with a custom plan.

I also have a booth at various farmers markets / holistic events throughout the state , so you can sample experience my work with a short seated chair massage session, meet me in person and talk about booking a full length session.

My job is not to sugar coat anything. My job is to bring you out your comfort zone. Only then can you embrace change, and growth. And then be a better version of yourself. So if I say something that bruises your ego..good. it's working
