Mental health awareness month embraces sharing our own struggles as humans. Who would I be to promote the initiative without sharing some of my own? On my last radio show we talked about having flow activities as a way to reset our brains... to get into the breath to refocus our Awareness on the present moment. I have this kit ,this weaving kit, that I haven't picked up in close to 2 years now. Tonight I picked it up because I was deeply distressed about something that was taken from me suddenly and without my permission that i cared about. Life is all about unknowns, the topic of Wednesday's show on North Country Community Radio Project.
We all have the ability to pivot, to reset, to come to balance again...through love for ourselves and each other.
