It's finally here for me, retirement. There, I've said it. Retirement for me is an end of something and also a beginning of something new. Not sure what that new thing is yet but it will be waiting for me when I'm ready.

We have been getting a lot of client complaints about tight chest/pec muscles. A lot of things can imbalance these muscles. We are either going back to the gym, after a long break or home exercising.
