Organic Mechanic is evolving. We are now Organic Mechanic Breathwork & Somatics.
This change reflects a deeper commitment to trauma-informed healing through three specialized modalities:
– Breathwork Facilitation - Release stored trauma and regulate your nervous system. Addresses anxiety, PTSD, chronic pain, and sleep issues without reliving your story.
– Trauma Touch Therapy - Gentle, consent-based touch designed specifically for healing trauma. Helps your nervous system shift from survival mode to safety.
– Reiki and Distance Reiki - Energy healing that reduces stress, eases pain, and improves sleep. Available in-person or remotely.
