I saw a post on recycled percussion and it really made me think... all the things that make me happy... im happy when I can brighten someone's day and here are my thoughts and my response to the post...look them up, follow them if you havent already ,find the post and you will understand!

I’m the proud owner of Mane Street Styles in Littleton, NH, and over the years I’ve learned that doing hair is about so much more than cutting, coloring, and styling. ❤️
Yes, doing hair is my job. I love helping people look in the mirror and feel beautiful and confident. But my true passion goes so much deeper than that.
Behind my chair, people share their lives with me—the good, the bad, the exciting, and the heartbreaking. I’ve celebrated new babies, weddings, birthdays, and new beginnings. I’ve also listened through tears, heartbreak, loss, sickness, loneliness, and some of life's hardest moments.
And sometimes, the most important thing I can give someone has absolutely nothing to do with their hair.
Sometimes it’s a hug.
Sometimes it’s a phone call.
Sometimes it’s a simple “Hey, I was just checking in on you.”
Sometimes it’s sitting quietly and listening when someone just needs to be heard.
Those little moments may seem small, but to someone who is struggling, they can mean more than we will ever know. They can remind someone that they are loved, that they matter, that someone notices them, and that someone cares whether they are okay.
I may make people feel beautiful on the outside for a living, but making people feel beautiful, valued, loved, and worthy on the inside is where my heart truly is.
If being behind my chair gives me the opportunity to brighten someone's day, make them smile, give them a safe place to talk, or remind them of their worth, then I have done something far greater than just their hair.
Doing hair is my job. Making people feel beautiful is what I love. Making people feel seen, cared for, and worth living for is my passion. ❤️
So make the phone call. Send the text. Give the hug. Ask someone how they’re doing—and really listen to the answer. You truly never know how much that one small act of kindness might mean to someone. ❤️

Its happening the Leather Cadillac cruise Donny Sargent memorial bike ride/ cancer fundraiser is this weekend im feeling very greatful for all the support I have gotten over the past 3 months! This is turning out to be WAY bigger then I imagined! I can see many of my goals in the rear view mirror at this point ! Im making bigger ones now! Some say I am an over achiever , I say when I put my mind to something or for someone I do it to the best of my ability!

Annual Motorycle Memorial Ride Adds Fund-Raiser To Benefit Those With Cancer An annual motorcycle ride scheduled for Saturday, Aug. 29, in memory of a Littleton man is adding a fundraiser this year to benefit those with cancer and their loved ones.

Dear Business Owner,

My name is Deanna Cleaves, and I am reaching out to ask for your support for the Donny Sargent Memorial Bike Ride & Cancer Fundraiser.

This event is held in memory of my dear friend, Donny Sargent, whose life touched so many people. For the past seven years, family, friends, and members of our community have come together to honor his memory while giving back to causes that are close to our hearts.

This year, I wanted to expand our impact. In addition to honoring Donny, we are raising funds to benefit the Norris Cotton Cancer Center in St. Johnsbury and Dartmouth Health Hospice in Lebanon, New Hampshire, as requested by Donny's family.

The weekend begins on Friday, August 28th, with a DJ dance at the Littleton American Legion Post 68. On Saturday, August 29th, the memorial bike ride begins at the Littleton Elks Lodge, with kickstands up at 10:00 a.m. The day concludes with a public dance featuring the Wild Katz Band, along with raffles, food, and fun.

Pre-registration (through August 28th) is $30 per bike, and passengers are $10, which includes a bracelet for admission to both Friday and Saturday night's events. Day-of registration is $40 per bike, with passengers riding free. Admission to the Saturday night dance for those without a ride bracelet is a $10 donation at the door.

We are currently seeking donations of raffle items, gift certificates, merchandise, services, or other items to help make our raffle a success. Every donation, no matter the size, helps us raise more money for these wonderful organizations while honoring Donny's memory and supporting those affected by cancer.
