I have a new space that will be available starting August 1st! I am open to all renters; nail technicians, aesthetics, hair stylists, or tattoo artists.
I currently have two tenants, one hair stylist and one aesthetician. I also have a space and am a nail technician and aesthetician.

Space Perks:
- First months rent free!
- Seven rooms with big windows and access to water. These rooms are going for $900 a month.
- Two rooms that do not have windows. These rooms are going for $800 a month.
- Options to have a double room per request. These rooms are going for $1600 a month.
- Make it easy for your clients to find you and free advertising with a sign on the main road, included in the price of your rent.
- Trash pick-up Monday through Friday
- Set your own hours, 24/7 availability, you choose!

We are in construction, so if you hop on the opportunity quickly, you can choose your location and where the plumbing goes in the room!
