Wash cooler, not colder: Use a purple shampoo 1x/week max (leave it on 1–3 minutes). The other washes should be moisture-focused.

This look is one of my favorites wavy hair styles because the curls are soft, shiny, and touchable that aren't crunchy or overdone.

If you want to recreate it at home, the product combo matters just as much as the curling iron:

1) Start with a heat protectant (non-negotiable).
This keeps the ends from getting that dry, rough feeling and helps your style look smoother, not puffy.

2) Add a lightweight smoothing or blowout cream through mids and ends.
This is what gives you that sleek finish and helps the wave pattern look intentional instead of frizzy.

3) Use a texture spray after you curl.
Not hairspray first. Texture spray gives grip and shape so the waves hold, but still move.

4) Finish with a tiny bit of shine oil on just the ends.
Key word: tiny. This is what makes it look expensive in photos without weighing it down.

When we section, everything gets an even shot: smaller pieces so it actually dries through the dryer pointed down so the cuticle lays flat consistent tension so it’s smooth and shiny, not fluffy
