I hope it’s prickly pear lime! I’ve been hanging on to a single packet because it’s my favorite and I can’t bring myself to drink it. I haven’t tried the watermelon lychee but everyone says it’s their favorite. I think either one of them would be awesome. I’m excited and can’t wait! FAST Meal!

I love these little dumplings I picked up from Costco. They fit perfectly in my 500 cal or under, 30g of net carbs or less, and 10g of protien and above “meal profile”. I added some broccoli for added fiber to balance out the carbs.

Baked a loaf of sourdough that I made with organic all-purpose and rye flour. I love having gut healthy fresh bread in the house and it doubles as a bonus hobby.

What I ate while out to lunch. Chicken and Hamachi tacos and an apple beet salad. So colorful and super tasty.

Cooking dinner was definitely something I didn’t feel like doing today. I was ready to DoorDash something, but Mom guilt set in. Although the family would have been happy either way, I decided to compromise and make our own “Panda” bowls.
