The most coveted and cherished lei flower of Hawaii is the Pua Keni Keni. Known as the 10 cent blossom for when it brought to Hawaii in the 1800 hundreds by the Tahitian God Tane. He gifted this beautiful tree bearing the most intoxicating fragrant blossoms. The blossom blooms in 3 days. The first day it is white, 2nd day it is a creamy yellow and the 3rd day it is a vibrant orange and is at its peak of fragrance when it is harvested for lei making. Come see us this weekend for the Bay Area Aloha Festival at the San Mateo Fairgrounds. If you haven’t been, it is a must go to festival. It is packed with Hawaiian vendors, Ono food and live entertainment. This festival is our favorite of the year. Don’t miss out on the amazing shopping and the feeling of Aloha.
