You're prematurely aging your skin and some of these things you use everyday...

Makeup wipes: while convenient and accessible these little wipes are your worst enemy! Many are dried out before you even use them which means harsher scrubbing and rubbing on your skin. This pulling stretches and pulls skin in ways that cause premature fine lines and wrinkles! 😱

Try using gentle cleansers or cleansing balms to remove makeup effectively and less aggressive.

Not wearing your daily SPF! I dont care which brand you use just wear it! Sunscreen protects you from developing dark spots, current dark spots getting darker, and more importantly protects you from skin cancer! Try brands that have it in their moisturizer to make sure you dont forget each morning!

Over exfoliating: Unless prescribed by your Derm or Estie, cleansers with Salicylic Acid, Mandelic Acid, or exfoliation scrubs used more than 1-2 times a week, can be very drying on your skin causing your barrier to be damaged and dried out.. further causing you guessed it, premature fine lines and wrinkles!

Using a gentle and hydrating cleanser in between can even your skins pH balance and hydrate in-between treatments. Check out the mega cleanser from Glymed+!

Don't you hate it when a brand gets you hooked on a product to only take it away?! Same, but life goes on with or without your go to tinted moisturizer...😭
