We're so excited to welcome Zelda, our new Licensed Massage Therapist, to the Life in Motion team — starting tomorrow, Monday, August 3rd!

Zelda specializes in myofascial release, trauma-informed care, orthopedic evaluation, and positional release — with a particular focus on low back pain, sciatica, and chronic illness maintenance. She brings a warm, client-centered approach to every session, creating a space where clients can reconnect with their body's own ability to heal. 🌿

Zelda's hours:
🗓️ Mondays: 9:00 AM–12:00 PM & 2:00 PM–6:00 PM
🗓️ Wednesdays: 2:00 PM–6:00 PM

After 18+ years of incredible care and dedication, Glenna left some seriously big shoes to fill here at Life in Motion. So when we tell you we were looking for someone special to step into this role, we mean it! 👟✨

That someone is Rachel! Please join us in welcoming her as our new chiropractic assistant and billing specialist, officially starting today!

Rachel is from Canton and loves spending time with her pet parrot, Franklin, and her senior dog, Isabelle 🐾 — and when she's not helping our patients, you'll find her out on the golf course, focused on wellness and self-care, or cheering on her significant other at his marathon races 🏃. She values time with friends and family, and she's excited to bring her energy and care to our patients here at Life in Motion.

We know Rachel's got what it takes to carry that same spirit forward — come say hi and welcome her next time you're in the office!

After more than 18 years caring for patients in this office, our beloved Glenna is moving on to find work closer to home. She has been a familiar, kind face for so many of you, and we'll miss her dearly. Her last day will be Wednesday, July 8th. Please join us in wishing her all the best!

Her departure also means we're searching for our next team member — and we have a feeling that person might already be part of the Life in Motion family. 🌿

It's a hands-on role handling billing, insurance, and patient care. As our practice grows, it can evolve into a broader operations leadership role — developing systems, leading and training staff, and helping shape the future of the practice. An important update for our Life in Motion community:

Dr. Dockery has sustained a wrist injury and will be temporarily unable to perform adjustments while he recovers. We're anticipating a return in the last week of May — we'll share a confirmed date as soon as we have it, so keep an eye on this page.
