This business enforces a cancellation policy on select services and reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee for any no-shows and late cancellations. Note that you may be considered a no-show if you are FIFTEEN MINS (15) late for your scheduled appointment, and it is up to the business to decide whether the ($25 )fee is applied.
The cancellation fee is only charged if you violate the terms of the cancellation policy. If you show up to the appointment on time or cancel before the deadline listed on your confirmation page, no cancellation fee is withdrawn from your account. YOU WILL ONLY BE CHARGED FOR YOUR BOOKING FEE WHICH IS NON-REFUNDABLE OR TRANSFERABLE. As the fee is not charged for successful appointments, you will be expected to pay for your appointment in full once the service is completed.
1.)The $25 NON-refundable & NON-transferable deposit will be deducted from your price total, Please refrain from coming earlier than TEN (10) minutes or later than (15) minutes. After (15) minutes you will be subject to automatic cancellation, and charged 50% of your balance. NO EXCEPTIONS! Please communicate your tardiness upon arrival, because if you are running late at the time of your appointment and have not told me I will assume you are not coming and move to next client.
