New policy for Ulta starting 01/02/2024….all appointments must be confirmed, if you need to reschedule your appointment you MUST reschedule your appointment in 24 hours if fail to do so you will be consider as a walk in client meaning whatever day you want you will have to call to see if I have an available time for a walk in. If you do a last min or same day cancellation you will be banned from my books. I am fully taking control back of my books, my time and my career this year. Looking at my books from 2023 the amount of cancellations, last minute cancellations, no call no shows is crazy. So this is my policy for Ulta.
