Goes a long way in immediately disarming any client from feeling on edge about speaking up and being honest.

Let’s look at some unspoken cues that your client may not like her hair but doesn’t know how to tell you.

1. She touches the area she doesn’t like

2. She is silent for more than 3-5 seconds

3. She says she likes it and immediately goes to the bathroom (most likely to fix)

Understanding this hidden language and mastering the client communication/experience is also an art that is be learned.

It can make or break your bookings and reputation too.

🌼 Twist wrap curl everything to the back middle & style before shaping crown

🌼 Use styling stick to glue down flyaways by ear and crown

🌼 BLEND the side sections INTO the crown so there isn’t a huge destination between the sides and top

🌼 HIDE your pins by over directing the pin into the twist

🌼 Add extensions on sides if naturally sparse— but ANGLE them so they don’t show! Even better— Spray the top of extension with root color spray to blend them with grown out dark roots — ( is my fav brand for bridal stylists)
