I had the opportunity to work on my dear friend that gives and gives to all those around her. We need to fill our cup. Recharging and resting can look like so many different things. Whatever that is for you, make sure you take the time to do it. Our kids are watching and learning. ❤

Over the years, my work has naturally evolved toward helping clients release the deep tension held within the face, jaw, neck, and shoulders — areas most affected by stress, posture, and modern life.
Locust Grove Wellness specializes in buccal facial sculpting, therapeutic bodywork, facial lymphatic techniques, and immersive wellness experiences designed to soften tension patterns, restore balance, and support natural radiance.
Each session is intentionally designed to help you feel more relaxed, aligned, and at ease within your body.
Services are offered in Locust Grove and Culpeper, Virginia.
