It’s Sunday when are y’all doing your weekly reset???
For me it’s usually Sunday. I meal prep, tidy up some, cook dinner, but this is mainly how I plan my week.
As a neurospicy Coach I can’t be out here guiding you & my life is 💩 so these are the simple steps I takes to continue being a baddie and having productive weeks.
I love my non negotiable’s bcs they truly are the biggest staple to keeping me on track. A win is win 🥂
So we don’t look at the troubles we can see now;

From the happy black woman to you. Yes be patient with self, but lovely take that move and no you possibly can’t bring anyone along with you. When I made the move I opted out everyone including my husband because honestly it was my dream that I’ve had since my freshman year in college. 18 yrs later I made the biggest decision within to honor my soul and my life ⌛️ time is going by and your energy is sacred don’t waste it being afraid of what others say. 🤦🏾♀️ not your parents, partner, children and damn sure not your friends. 🪬 trust me you will attract the people you need when you make that move. &
