Appointments will be cancelled if you are more than 15 minutes late. Individuals that have 4 or more cancellations or missed appointments will be required to pay a non-refundable deposit, good toward your service, for all future appointments. No call no shows forfeit the deposit. Minimize the use of your cell phone while getting your nails done to get the best results. Although I love seeing your family, friends, and children, please do not bring extra people to your appointment. If you are sick please notify me asap to reschedule your appointment.
