Intuition.Mind.Body

I graduated Utah College of Massage Therapy (UCMT) in 2004. My passion is to bring relief and facilitate healing for my clients. I am continually learning about the mind-body connection. I have found that trapped emotions and energy imbalances manifest in our physical body. It can show up as a weakened immune system, tight muscles, insomnia, weight gain and weight loss, irritability,the list goes on. Massage and bodywork is only one piece of the puzzle. Not every BODY will take the same road to health and wellness. We humans need balance and moderation in all things.
