I believe this down to my core. I have found one of the best ways to collaborate is to trade services. Then I can share what I do and get the word out that you don’t have to leave Logan, I am right here in Cache Valley offering the viral services you see in videos. Come experience it in real life!

I think it is a win, win situation when I can share and receive pampering. I am looking to trade almost anything at this point. Pampering and extra care have not been something important or worth my money and time the last few years.

BUT the time has come. My kids are all in school full time and I have opened my schedule to work full time.

Like stated above I am open to anything. It does not have to be another self care service it can be your time or anything. I have a husband, 3 kids and a dog so let me know what you can do.
Think outside of the box, could you watch my kids so I can have a date night, could you teach us something, do you make something my kids or husband might enjoy for Christmas?

It’s time for another Moonglade Collective Studios Retreat. These are always amazing and we linger because we don’t want to come back into the real world.

We spend huge chunk wonderful chuck of a weekend together. We learn, release, grow, laugh, cry, eat, relax, pamper…all the things.

It’s a special time of change and transformation. I team up with some of the most talented women and we create a safe place where you are welcomed and loved and we all share our thoughts and wisdom on a subject. It is usually magical in how it all culminates and fits into alignments.

This will be local to cache valley. Food is provided, we have an agenda of what we will learn and experience together and in the evening you can choose to add a self care service.

The cover photo is me about one year ago. The ways I have grown are innumerable.

There has been so much growth in ME, in my business, in my family life and in my circle of friends.

I gave my self a challenge to get out of my comfort zone and leave my house about two years ago. To meet new people and really get out there.

My growth can only be contributed to that promise because in getting out there is was inspired, I learned and I dared to dream.

BUT it is me from before that is in competition with the ME that is to come. Always striving to improve, learn more, do more and not slip back into the hole of the past.
