Hi my name is Kimi, I am a Massage Therpist, Reiki Master. I love healing crystals, the sunshine and moon light. I love working with people and helping feel better and relaxed. I have learned through out the years how much emotions play a big part to chronic pain in our bodies. How much stress is making us all unhealthy living in a busy life is making it so we don't enjoy life as much. I would love for you to come in and unwind. First off I want to say thank you to all my amazing clients that have trusted me over the last few years. I am so grateful ☺️
Burn out is real!!
I’ve been going through it this summer and I didn’t even realize that I have been in survival mode for a really long time. I was totally living in flight and flight. My bucket is way over filled.
Now I’m working on myself again and it’s been hard, it’s hard to come out of that fight and flight, and defense mode to keep myself safe.
