Stronger Every Day with Protein

Your Protein Story
If nothing about your health changed in the next 5 years, would you be satisfied?
Here’s something I’ve learned: our bodies are always telling a story. And often, that story
changes earlier than we think.
• By our 20s → brain volume begins to shrink.
• By our 30s → we start losing lean muscle (up to 8% per decade).
• By our 50s → our ability to absorb nutrients can drop by nearly half.
But here’s the good news → only 20–30% of this is written in our genetics. The rest is
shaped by the choices we make every day.
That’s why I’ve started paying attention to the small things — especially my protein. One of
the simplest, most impactful changes I’ve made is starting my mornings with protein.
I’ve noticed more steady energy throughout the day, fewer cravings, and even better focus
in the mornings. It feels like I’m fueling my future self — not just getting by today.
