Spain’s government continue to claims that Moroccan migrants have returned home. This is a flat out lie. Migrants have resorted to living on the beach. Public health is declining. Violence is rising. It took Spain hundreds of years to build up the enclave in Ceuta. It took less than 2 months for it to fall.
