Spray Tan Aftercare...
Spray Tan Prep Tips!!!
💫 Before your spray tan... get your hair cut, colored, nails, brows, and lashes done. Spray Tan = Last Stop!
🪒 Prep your skin... shower, shave, and exfoliate well, focusing on areas like elbows, knees, hands, and feet.
🧴Arrive with clean skin. No lotions, oils, makeup, perfume, or deodorant.
Clean skin = your best canvas!
🩱During your spray tan, you can wear a swimsuit or we offer disposable undergarments.
👕 What to wear... be sure to wear oversized, loose fit clothing and easy slip-on shoes. No socks, jeans, leggings, tight clothes, boots, and bra (if you can).
🤎 Let your bronze do its thing... until your first rinse, no workouts, no sweating, no swimming, no tight clothing. 🚫
🫧 First rinse... after your recommended wait time, take a quick lukewarm shower (not hot). It's normal to see a little color begin to show in the water. Don’t use soap, body wash, lotions, or shave at the first rinse.
Always pat dry with a towel after showering, not rub.
⏰️ Trust the process... color will develop throughout the night, and you will achieve your fully developed desired color 24 hours after your appointment.
⏳️ To extend the life of your tan, avoid shaving cream, lotioned razors, long baths, exfoliates (scrubs, exfoliating acids, especially retinol), perfumes applied directly to the skin (spray over clothing), and moisturize daily.
