Stylist Rachel O’Connor, formerly of The Sanctuary Day Spa in Wheaton, has over 16 years of professional experience cutting, coloring and styling hair. Specialties include but are not limited to, highlighting/lowlighting, curly/thick hair, long hair, men's styling and short hair cutting/styling techniques. All color used is Wella Professionals.
