FEELING BLUE?

Blue Monday is a real phenomenon. The third Monday of January is always seen as the day when people tend to feel most down due to the colder weather and shorter days. If you live in the United Kingdom, we can add endless days of rain to that list. It can be really hard to liven our spirits at this point in the year.

The common calender marks 21st December every year as the winter solstice in the northern hemisphere. For us at Skin Alchemists, we observe the astrological date of the actual shortest day of the year,  22nd December this year. Happy Yule!

 

Coincidentally today is also the last day we are shipping orders before taking a break to spend time with our families over the festive season. Due to postal strikes and other delivery partners being overwhelmed, cut off for shipping orders will be noon today. Any orders received after, will be shipped when we return in January.

 

A special thank you to all our customers old and new. I can't stress enough how it is only through your continued support we can ride the coming tides.

We've really tried our best to ensure your packages got to you on time this Christmas, so no stocking went empty and no house went unscented. Unfortunately due to our friends at Royal Mail striking this has become an unreliable partner

The strikes have a knock on effect on other courier partners. Their networks are now overwhelmed and either aren't accepting packages in some instances or missing collections. PLUS it has snowed heavily in London overnight causing more transport disruption.
