How are you supporting the tight junctions in your gut and encouraging proper nutrition?

In addressing autoimmune symptoms, the usual suspects are gluten and cross-reactive grains, gut dysbiosis, chronic low-grade infections, environmental toxin load, and chronic stress, almost always more than one at a time.

Simplify and aim for consistency rather than perfection✨✨✨

There is no hurry. Stop running around trying to control everything around you. Maybe you’re afraid to feel the sensations that arise when you slow down or are still. Maybe you’d rather avoid those painful emotions than allow them to move through you. Fear and avoidance make for a very anxiety-ridden life. Try slowing down and practice sitting long enough with the uncomfortable feelings until they dissipate. Slowing down doesn’t mean you’re getting old or aging, it means you’re expanding time by being present rather than running away through busyness and distraction.
