10 QUESTIONS TO ASK YOURSELF....TO LEARN THE WHY AND WHAT'S HOLDING YOU BACK

Have you ever wondered what's holding you back? Why haven't you broken through? Why aren't you living the life you want to live?

I have come up with 10 questions to ask yourself, to find the WHY you haven't broken through yet. I will be posting the questions daily, so be sure to check back. Would love to know if you come up with something that rings the bell for you.

WHAT'S HOLDING YOU BACK?

1. WHERE DO I WANT TO BE IN 5 YEARS?

While it's impossible to predict the future, it is important to have a plan of where you want to be in the future. Asking yourself this question allows you to set goals about what to achieve in your life.

Think of a ship without a destination, being tossed by the waves....it's more likely to get wrecked on a rocky island than to land in a great port. Having clear goals allows you to concentrate your efforts on activities that move you forward. It's like having a lighthouse to guide your life.
According to a Harvard Business study, those who set goals are twice as likely to succeed than those without goals, and those with written goals and a plan are 10 times more likely to succeed than those without goals.

Asking yourself this question will prompt you to decide what you want to achieve in life. Don't just focus on your career or material achievements. You should have goals for your professional, personal, and physical life. Post your goals so you see them every day. Repeat them often, and believe that you will reach your goals as stated. Come up with some key performance indicators to keep track of your progress!

There is nothing better than reaching a goal! Especially a particularly difficult one! It's all worth it!
