believe it or not but it's pretty obvious when I look at your skin if you're taking the time to thoroughly cleanse your skin. 🙈 There's usual signs that you're neglecting an area (more congestion in the area, small blackheads, etc).

*I'm using Circadia's Vitamin Veil Cleanser here as my first cleanse. It's a great oil based cleanser that turns into a milky consistency when water is applied.

Progress photo!! I am so proud of this kitten whom I've been working with for about 6 months. We've been working on a few different skin concerns, with one of the main ones being hyperpigmentation.

Hyperpigmenation is one of the tougher skin concerns to deal with because of just how long and slow the process can be. So I've appreciated this kitten's patience and dedication to her routine and facials.

We are still in the "working on it" stage of this. But seeing the progress we've made has me excited for how her skin will look in a few more months ☺️

I remember touring Salon Row last year and asking the property manager, "what do I do if I can't afford to be in business anymore and I need to cancel my lease before the year agreement ends?"

I had no clue if what I was doing was the right choice or whether in a years time I'd be sitting on my couch crying over my failures. Well, one year later I can say yes, both of those things are true lmao. I have spent this past year in a lot of discomfort as I figure out how to market my business, keep clients coming back, wondering if I did something wrong during a session, and continuing to learn how to be better esthetician. Above all this though, I am grateful, my dear kittens.

I am grateful that I can continue to sit with these uncomfortable feelings even longer and in a new space. Grateful y'all support my little business and share your appreciation with me. Grateful that in a year I have seen my business grow from zero. Grateful I can help you all one hour at a time feel a little more relaxed and a little more special. ☺️

This is just from ONE treatment! I focused on getting her hydration levels up, we exfoliated using my hydrodermabrasion machine, and ended with a firming peptide mask! Absolutely beautiful results :)
