It’s recommended to take 500 mg 2x per day of Vitamin C. Use caution when taking vitamin C if you have a history of kidney stones.

It’s also recommended to take 20-50 mg daily of Zinc.

Yes, we can evaluate your skin concern and then electronically prescribe medications directly to your pharmacy of choice.

Are skin biopsies still being performed?
Yes, if you have a skin lesion concerning for skin cancer based on your virtual visit, then you will be scheduled for an in-office visit to have a biopsy performed.
