Tuesday Musings. Hi! Last year during the pandemic I was at my highest weight and honestly felt like s**t. One year ago this month I joined Tribe FunctionalFitness]. Three months ago my doctor told me I was 10 years away from a heart attack or stroke. At 53, working out just wasn’t enough. I am down 19 pounds and dammit, feeling pretty cute. Thank you to for always being my fitness inspiration, to for making me sweat and Tribe FunctionalFitness] For making my middle aged stronger. Next week I do something I’ve wanted to do for 20 years and never thought I deserved. I know this post was long but I had to say some thank you‘s. 💪
