Do you have that one goal that seems like a climb? Looking back it’s been a rough year and far from the goals I set. I mean we all have to give ourselves some grace as we put 2020 behind us.

Someone reminded me to reflect back on your past successes those once impossible goals that you achieved. What was different? For me I saw the vision for my future and new what it took —there were no other options. That focus allowed me to graduate college while raising 2 boys under 5, working a full time at night and building a life with my husband that I’m proud to say I’m still happily married to ❤️ And it reminds me of who I am and where I came from. What was your proudest moment?

// Sometimes you have to remind yourself how far you’ve come and be your own motivation 👊🏽 I know I’m not alone when I share it’s been a rough month or 6 😭 with challenges at work, adjusting to distance learning for twin second graders, potty training a puppy, growing a business, managing a household, etc 😳 just a little chaotic and honestly have been pretty down on myself and feeling like a failure lately.

Recently to my surprise, I got an email from R+F with an recognition opportunity for our upcoming virtual convention but today was the last day to submit personal videos. I was last minute Linda ...it only took 6278326 times 😭...but I got it done. Now as I sit here reflecting, I’m reminded who I AM and where I’ve come from. It’s been a while since I’ve posted but I know someone else needs to hear this 🗣 This is your friendly reminder to take a step back, give yourself some grace, and recognize all you have accomplished —recognize and if you fell off, tmro is a new day 🌈 Cheers to making it a great week!
