Why no coffee before your PMU appointment? ☕️
Caffeine can temporarily raise blood pressure and may increase bleeding during the procedure. More bleeding can make it harder for your artist to see the treatment area clearly and may also affect how well the pigment is implanted and retained.
Coffee can also make you feel jittery or restless during your appointment—and since it’s a diuretic, you may need more restroom breaks too.
For the smoothest procedure and the best possible healed results, I recommend avoiding coffee and other caffeinated drinks before your appointment.
A small change before your appointment can make a difference in your overall PMU experience and healed results.

A little update from me. 🧡
To continue providing the highest quality care for my existing clients and to support the long-term health of my hands, I will no longer be accepting new lash extension clients at this time.
