Snatched and Contoured ✨

This beautiful patient’s results are the culmination of several treatments over time, including a couple sessions of lip filler, chin and jawline filler, and Sculptra®.

Rather than changing her features, we focused on enhancing her natural proportions—creating more definition through the lower face, a beautifully contoured jawline and chin, and soft, balanced lips.

The result: refined, feminine, naturally contoured…and snatched. ✨

Compliance and consistency are everything when it comes to real skin transformation 🌟

This patient came to us presenting with rosacea, seborrheic dermatitis, post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation, and sensitive/reactive skin, following an unfortunate experience at another medspa where she developed a reaction after a procedure involving topical numbing cream.

Before considering additional treatments, our priority was to stabilize her skin and restore a healthy skin barrier using targeted prescription therapy and a carefully selected medical-grade skincare regimen.

Once her skin was healthy and stable, we gradually introduced conservative in-office treatments tailored to her skin. Over the following months, she completed:

• 5 Hollywood Spectra Carbon Laser treatments
• Botox
• Customized medical-grade skincare regimen (approximately 10 products) + prescription skincare

Her improvement is also a testament to her consistency. She followed all recommended treatments and product guidelines, including a comprehensive, customized medical-grade skincare regimen of approximately 10 products in addition to prescription therapy.

Rather than relying on aggressive treatments, we were able to progressively address pigmentation, redness, texture, and overall skin quality while continuing to support and maintain a healthy skin barrier.

Results:
• More even, brighter complexion
• Reduction in visible pigmentation and redness
• Smoother skin texture
• Improved overall skin quality and clarity
• VISIA Spots improvement from the 17th to 73rd percentile ✨

Medical-grade skincare isn’t simply about using “better products.” It allows us to build a regimen around the individual patient—using targeted ingredients and prescriptions when appropriate, adjusting them as the skin changes, and pairing them strategically with in-office treatments.

Real skin transformation takes following your provider’s recommendations, time, consistency, and open communication. 🌟

✨ Pigmentation is rarely just one diagnosis.

Amazing results in less than one year.

This patient presented with:
• Melasma
• Freckles
• DPN (Dermatosis Papulosa Nigra)
• ABNOM (Acquired Bilateral Nevus of Ota-like Macules)
• Benign moles

Each condition behaves differently and requires its own treatment strategy. One laser or one treatment alone would not have achieved these results.

Treatment included:
▫️ Medical-grade skincare
▫️ Prescription skincare
▫️ Hollywood Spectra laser
▫️ ABNOM laser treatments
▫️ Freckle laser treatments
▫️ Electrodessication for DPN
▫️ Two different laser technologies to reduce selected moles on her nose and chin

One of the biggest reasons for her success was a comprehensive treatment plan and remarkable consistency.

She followed every skincare recommendation, remained consistent with her prescription regimen, attended her follow-up appointments, and trusted the treatment process.

Beautiful results are built through an accurate diagnosis, an individualized treatment plan, consistent follow-up, and a patient’s commitment to every aspect of their care.

ABNOM is commonly underdiagnosed or mistaken for other conditions. Us providers are not perfect, and it can take multiple sessions to uncover this diagnosis based on trial and error. Patients actually have multiple pigment disorders occurring simultaneously, making proper diagnosis essential. Successful treatment often requires multiple technologies and medical-grade skincare products and a customized treatment plan over time. Not everyone can diagnose this condition. Especially over the internet.

❤️ Thank you for trusting us with your skin.

Individual results vary. Treatment recommendations are personalized following a medical consultation.
