"Can I take my clothes off when I sauna and cold plunge?" This is becoming a commonly asked question.

Our contrast therapy suites are completely private and fully sanitized between sessions. Windows are frosted to let in natural light without allowing anyone to see in. Guests lock the door behind them when they enter. We invite you to undress to your level of comfort. Whether you prefer to wear a bathing suite or fully undress, the benefits will be the same. So the short answer is, "yes."

Please note, guests must be fully dressed in common spaces. Thank you.

Entering a cold plunge activates your stress response. It requires deliberate, slower breathing and focus to tolerate the sensation. That can interrupt rumination and create a brief, mindfulness-like reset. Following this with heat from the infrared sauna offers a relaxing recovery period.

Julie is our Lead Licensed Massage Therapist, with 25 years of experience.

Her focus is on getting long-lasting results for her clients. She specializes in working with all types of chronic pain and injury, including headaches, migraines, piriformis syndrome, plantar fasciitis, and many others. Julie also enjoys working with athletes to aid the body in recovery and in reaching new physical goals. She strongly believes that massage is for everyone. “All bodies can benefit, and all people are welcome.
