Placed in the corners of the new Be Well building's foundations are a thoughtful selection of crystals. Each stone was hand-selected by Kelly and infused with her intentions to enhance and support the energy of the building and the healing of all who enter.

If you could surround your dreams and offerings with intentions, what would they be? Before we moved into our new building, Kelly hand-selected a collection of crystals. Each held a unique meaning and she imbued them all with intention before sealing them away in the foundation. One in each corner surrounding the new Be Well. These are intentions set for the building, our team, and all who enter this space of healing.

Leah always knew her destiny was to nurture and help people, but it wasn’t until she started traveling that she found her true passion for a more holistic approach to health, wellness and life in general. Leah has trained in deep tissue modalities, sports, Swedish and remedial massage – involving neuromuscular techniques, trigger point therapy, myofascial release and stretching.
