"This is me, taking back my health one day at a time. On the left I was practicing the standard American diet, smoking two packs of ci******es a day, struggling with my mental health, daily pain, and so much more. On the right is current day. I am practicing carnivore way of eating, 3 years tobacco-free, feeling my best and better every day. Hoping to be in the best shape of my life when I turn 50 in just a few months!"
