Cancelation and/or Rescheduling Policy: Payment information is required to secure appointments for any chemical service. Deposits are non-refundable but are transferable for an appointments rescheduled within the guidelines. Once an appointment is scheduled, 24 hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule even if appointment is originally scheduled less than 24 hours ahead. Appointments cancele
d or rescheduled with less than the 24 hour requirement or if "no-showed", your payment method will be charged half the base price of the service. Appointments that are 15 minutes late will be considered "no-show" and will not be rescheduled. If your payment info cannot be charged, you will be sent an invoice for the amount and will not be scheduled for any further appointments until the outstanding balance is paid in full. All prices are starting prices for hair that is up to medium thickness and texture and length to the top of a "dress" collar (not a T-shirt collar), and are subject to additional charges for thickness, texture, length and specialty services that require additional time or tools to complete. Add on charges include (but may not be limited to):
