I am aware that a certain level of professionalism is to be expected of me, but I will not stand by while I am slandered.
Today a client who has been problematic for a long time attempted to reschedule and was asked to pay her cancellation fee of $19.50.
Her excuse involving her child was valid, but it was the millionth time of her needing to cancel or reschedule. I did, UNSHAMEFULLY, tell her she needed to pay the fee.
I have given her grace time and time and time again and now I am receiving FAKE Google and Facebook reviews from her friends.
So,
I present to you a log of every time this client has had an issue. Enjoy and please do your thing to drown out the FAKE reviews.
