She breaks out every time we mention how great her skin looks, so we settled on just saying it looks bad all the time. 🤝 It mostly works!

If you’re trying to reduce redness, PIH/PIE and improve the appearance of scars, your very first priority should be preventing new acne. It’s a real practice in patience to allow your skin to heal, but you’ll get there. Each month her skin continues to do better and better.

If you’ve tried adding an antihistamine or following a low histamine diet for your skin, how did it go? I personally get chronic hives and a daily Allegra helps the most (even more than Zyrtec). Avoiding alcohol (especially b**r and w**e) is another big one 😅
Getting older is a privilege AND I also understand wanting to slow down the skin aging process. When you have acne it can feel like you have to choose acne treatment or address aging concerns, but we can actually do both at the same time. Healthy skin is the goal, and healthy skin always appears younger!
PS: sunscreen is the most effective and important anti-aging product that exists 🧴

Nine months difference. Her initial 3 month progress pics are on down in the feed somewhere. She just keeps getting smoother and more glowy each month!
