J organics was founded in 2019 by owner Jamila Bray.
Her vision was to create a 100% organic hair and skin Care line that offers unique scents, trusted ingredients and products that are catered for multicultural customers.
The world is a wicked place. They die for likes and kill for acceptance. I bow to god and ask for forgiveness . They’re like cattle blissfully walking to the slaughter, I go against the grain walking, proud as my father’s daughter.
As an Psychiatric Social worker, Personal Development coach, and business owner. There are 5 critical morning anchors I follow to start an impactful day:
1) Pray, meditate, and set my intentions for the day.
2) Move with calm—tai chi, yoga, or gentle stretching to wake the body.
3) Give grace: gratitude to God for waking me and inviting a fresh start.
4) Show myself grace and love—practice self-compassion and positive self-talk.
