I had the pleasure of experiencing Live Love Spa’s National Wellness Month Trends Event in Los Angeles, surrounded by inspiring beauty innovators, wellness leaders, and brands that are shaping the future of how we care for ourselves.

As a makeup artist, licensed esthetician, and artist, I’m always exploring the connection between beauty, creativity, wellness, and the rituals that help us feel our best.

What I loved most about this experience was being reminded that beauty goes far beyond what we see on the surface. It’s about how we nourish ourselves, how we restore our energy, and how we create moments of intention and care.

From innovative skincare technologies and transformative treatments to mindfulness, wellness practices, and immersive healing experiences, this event was a beautiful glimpse into the evolution of the beauty industry.

I’m inspired by the future of beauty where artistry, science, and wellness come together to create a more holistic approach to self care.
